If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that's conveniently situated in the heart of the action, this place is perfect. It's located close to the city center and even the bus station if you're not driving. Although the rooms may be dated, they're still spacious, clean, and come with great facilities such as a fridge, coffee making facilities, and even a sofa. The staff are friendly and accommodating. While breakfast may not be great, the location and service make it worthwhile. The only downside is a minor maintenance issue in the bathroom.

Everything was really good with comfortable quiet rooms. Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room, stunning and incredible location. Outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind personnel at the reception desk, extremely comfy bed.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Nicosia. Appreciated this little and pleasant hotel, easy to find, with kind staff at the reception desk. The location was great, just a short stroll away from an archeological museum. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping malls.

I came here for 5 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel was newly remodelled and the location was perfect very close to central bus station, Ledras street and Cyprus museum, old Nicosia and the main bus terminal/really BIG suite. Rooms with balcony had a quiet atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were always there to assist and provide helpful suggestions. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a good range of options. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the main attractions and public transportation.
The comfort of the beds was a major disappointment. The mattresses were uncomfortable and caused us to have a restless sleep.
